Variety and Pace

No two days will be the same. You’ll manage multiple priorities, support high-volume recruitment campaigns, work with managers across the business and contribute to wider People & Culture initiatives. 

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in helping us attract and retain great people by:

• Managing recruitment activity from advertising through to onboarding.
• Supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns and maintaining candidate momentum.
• Delivering a positive candidate experience through clear, timely and professional communication.
• Coordinating onboarding activities and supporting new starters joining the business.
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring employment compliance requirements are completed accurately.
• Acting as a first point of contact for routine HR queries.
• Supporting employee relations processes and HR administration.
• Producing recruitment and HR reports and supporting People & Culture projects.
• Helping to create a positive and engaging workplace culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Have experience in recruitment, onboarding or HR administration.
• Enjoy working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities.
• Are highly organised and have excellent attention to detail.
• Build positive relationships and communicate confidently with candidates, colleagues and managers.
• Enjoy delivering a great customer experience and supporting others.
• Can handle confidential information professionally and with integrity.
• Are comfortable using recruitment systems, HR platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Want to develop their career within a growing People & Culture function.
